Join me for an evening of great jazz as I step in as the featured vocalist with The Keystone Jazz Septet, presenting PA 250: Jazz Our Way. Under the direction of drummer Marko Marcinko, the concert and wine reception benefits the PBS station WVIA in Pittston.
In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, the ensemble will honor Pennsylvania’s remarkable place in jazz history with music associated with legends including Art Blakey, Billie Holiday, John Coltrane, Benny Golson, The Dorsey Brothers, and more.
From swing and bebop to modern jazz, Pennsylvania has produced and inspired generations of extraordinary musicians. We’re excited to celebrate that legacy together!

Joining Marko and me on stage are PA legends in their own right: Steve Rudolph, piano, Nelson Hill, saxophone, Paul Rostock, bass, Marty Ashby, guitar, Reggie Watkins, trombone, and Terrell Stafford, trumpet.
